Siden 1903 har der v\u00e6ret konditori i disse lokaler. I 1950'erne blev lokalerne indrettet med m\u00f8bler fra Holland, hvilket gav anledning til navnet Hollandia. I l\u00f8bet af de hundrede \u00e5r, konditoriet har eksisteret, er Hollandias centrale beliggenhed blevet et popul\u00e6rt m\u00f8dested for generationer af malm\u00f8boere.
