Seit 1903 wird in diesen R\u00e4umen die Konditorei betrieben. In den 1950er Jahren wurden die R\u00e4ume mit holl\u00e4ndischen M\u00f6beln eingerichtet, was zu dem Namen Hollandia f\u00fchrte. In den hundert Jahren, in denen die Konditorei besteht, ist die zentrale Lage von Hollandia zu einem beliebten Treffpunkt f\u00fcr Generationen von Malm\u00f6ern geworden.
