Since 1903, pastry-making has been carried out in these premises. In the 1950s, the rooms were furnished with furniture from Holland, giving rise to the name Hollandia. During the hundred years that the pastry shop has existed, Hollandia's central location has become a popular meeting place for generations of Malm\u00f6 residents.
