Lilla kafferosteriet was started in 2005. In the spring of 2006, the café of the same name opened with a vision of developing coffee drinking in Sweden.
For many people, both the environment and the way they drink coffee are sacred moments that we hope to make even more fun, better, tastier and more enjoyable.
Although our heart is always in Malmö, our commitment now extends far beyond Sweden's borders.
We work continuously with some of the world's top coffee experts, constantly searching for the best coffee beans from the best plantations, all to develop our coffee and our coffee culture.
In addition to running the roastery and café in Malmö, we have created international training programmes for coffee roasters and have also been involved in writing the rules for the World Coffee Roasting Championships.
To bring together and connect with like-minded people around the world, we helped form the Coffee Roasters Guild trade organisation in 2018.
