Do you have a business in the city centre? Then you can become a member! We welcome all businesses: hairdressers, banks, entertainment, shoe shops, restaurants, gift shops, clothing chains, opticians, culture or cafés - you name it, we have a place for you.

Fill in your contact details below and we will get back to you with information on how to become a member. As a member, you will be able to receive Malmö City Gift Cards, take part in free training, attend breakfast meetings and a lot of other things that develop you and your business.

What does it mean to be a member?

As a member, your organisation will be featured on our website and regularly highlighted in our social media channels. You can benefit from free training programmes and seminars, as well as digital and physical materials produced for various purposes.

We also create activities throughout the year that your organisation can take part in, from interesting information sessions to promotional activities. Via our common communication platform, we inform and inspire each other, and here you can have a direct dialogue with colleagues about everything from opening hours to safety issues. In addition to this, you will also receive Malmö City Gift Cards.

Our areas

Malmö City is divided into four geographical areas, and meetings are organised throughout the year on specific area issues. Thanks to these area meetings, everyone has the opportunity to express their opinions and be inspired by each other, in order to develop our common place and their own activities together.

Chains - Our internal communication channel

As a member, you can log in to Chainels, which is our communication channel. In Chainels you can read news about everything that happens in Malmö City, accept invitations, take advantage of member benefits such as staff discounts and, not least, update your company details. These include opening hours, logo, texts and images, offers and links to social media and website. The more up-to-date your business profile is, the better it will appear on the Malmö City website.
