Brödernas was founded in 2018 by brothers Jonas and Joakim Wiklander. The first Brödernas restaurant was opened in the autumn of 2018 in Stockholm, more specifically in Liljeholmskajen.
In January 2019, it became clear that the brothers were taking in new brothers!
Entrepreneur Monir Kalgoum and well-known Swedish NHL professional Mika Zibanejad (New York Rangers) became the new co-owners, and since then the group has been driving the brothers forward together.
Brödernas is a modern restaurant serving burgers, pizza and fresh salads. The food is of the highest quality and served in a lovely and relaxed environment.
Brödernas hamburgers consist of a secret meat mixture that gives the good taste when the burger is prepared. In combination with the own imported Brioche bread, the guest gets an unbeatable taste experience.
Brödernas pizzas are made in the Neapolitan way with a Swedish touch, which makes Brödernas pizzas in their different flavour combinations unique!
