In the restaurant, as the name suggests, we have a strong focus on charcoal grilling in all its forms. Everything from meat to seafood, vegetables, bread and fruit passes over our charcoal grill.
At the bar, we combine flavours from all corners of the world in a cocktail menu that will make you want to try something other than a traditional "vodka redbull". All our cocktails are based on freshly squeezed juices that we hand-press ourselves on site.
The common denominator in both restaurant and bar is good ingredients, innovation and curiosity.
