The love of raw fish is eternal, at least if you believe Joen Sjödell. In 1996 he started one of Sweden's first sushi restaurants in Lund, and now he and his friends Fredrik and David run the market hall's own poke bar. At PÅRIS you eat Hawaiian poke bowls the way they were meant to be eaten, with lukewarm rice and marinated fish, carefully selected accessories and flavoursome salsa.
