Uje Brandelius has wormed his way into Swedish living rooms. After half a lifetime of singing indie-pop punk funk with his band Doktor Kosmos, he's gone and become a folk favourite. A stage show, a feature film and a Eurovision Song Contest have made Uje Brandelius one of our most popular artists.

And last year it was time for a Christmas show. The acclaimed Christmas concert "Our least favourite Christmas songs" was a hit at Fasching in Stockholm. So much so that it's now coming back, but on slightly bigger stages and in new cities! The audience can expect music and chat and maybe some unloved Christmas songs. Mostly, there will be new songs with a more or less clear Christmas theme.

"There's a lot to be said and sung about Christmas, both from a family perspective and a societal perspective. And it's probably just as well to say that if you want Christmas cosiness and the knitted- cardigan-with-mulled-wine-and-tinkling-children's-eyes feeling, you should probably go to a different Christmas concert than mine. This year the concert will be both the same and different I think" says Uje himself about this year's show.

In addition to Uje himself, the Christmas show band consists of Therese Hörnqvist, Mikaela Hansson, Josefine Lindstrand and Fredrik Myhr.
