The Buckaroos
The Buckaroos were formed in 1984 after the band's lead singer, Jalle Olsson, quit as drummer in Wilmer X. The Buckaroos play music with clear influences from the American South. Rock, Cajun, New Orleans R&B and Southern Soul. The Buckaroos have a very large repertoire consisting of both covers and original songs. The most diligent songwriters are Wilmer X's Nisse Hellberg, Pontus Snibb and Jalle Olsson. Buckaroos has made 9 CDs. During the last 10 years the band has had more or less the same line-up, specialising in Rockabilly, Rock'n'Roll and R&B, which has its roots in the American South.
Karin Tingne
Karin Tingne has been a success at gigs in southern Sweden in recent years. When she is not playing with her own Karin Tingne Band, she is frequently hired as both a studio musician and a live artist where she has, among other things, visited Pontus Snibbs Wreck of Blues, The Buckaroos and Jalle Olsson & Co. Karin sings with a voice that is at home in blues, soul and country.
