We are looking for an assistant store manager for our stores in Malmö City.
Are you the person who can naturally inspire and sell our products?

As an Assistant Store Manager, you are a key member of our team.
You'll help manage the day-to-day running of the store, be responsible for creating an inspiring environment for both customers and staff, and drive sales together with the store manager.
You will have a lot of responsibility and the opportunity to grow in a role where initiative, autonomy and leadership are highly valued.
Requirements to min. 1-2 years of experience in a similar position and ready to take the next step in the clothing industry.
The position is initially for at least 20 hours per week.

Daily tasks:
Receive and handle incoming goods
Stock management via our own NT app
Visual interior design for an inviting shop
Coaching and training and of new employees
Sales, stock control, replenishment, customer service and daily operations

Can you answer yes to the following:
Have 1-2 years of experience in the fashion industry
Has leadership qualities and enjoys motivating and developing others
Is responsible, structured and has an overview
Is familiar with in-store sales
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy team, ready to take responsibility and develop yourself
Curious about new technologies and learn systems quickly
