30 years after the formation of the Spice Girls, here's a tribute to all the girls who dominated the charts during this period in music history. From the world-dominating Britney Spears to the alternatively rocking Alanis Morisette, we embark on a nostalgic journey through the hits that defined the 90s and then took us into the new millennium!
So buckle up for a journey back to a time of EXTRA EVERYTHING! Colourful outfits, famous dance moves, catchy music and real Girl Power!
LINA HEDLUND
Lina needs no further introduction. Known as one of the members of the international glam sensation Alcazar, as a presenter of Melodifestivalen and Copycat Singers, six Melodifestivalen appearances in total and with a career spanning over three decades!
WIKTORIA
She hit the Swedish public like a bomb with her first appearance in the Eurovision Song Contest in 2016, and has since gone on to perform three more times and fulfil her dream of portraying a real Disney princess. Before that, she had already spent a couple of years as an international pop star and, despite her young age, has become an established and beloved artist.
LINDA PRITCHARD
With a voice that has been compared to the likes of Celine Dion, Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston, we have seen Linda in productions such as Diggiloo, Så skall det låta, Sommarkrysset, and not least twice as a soloist in Melodifestivalen.
JESSICA FOLCKER
The O.G.! The girl who seduced her audience as well as the charts with her super singles "Tell me what you like" and How will I know who you are. Her voice also led her to collaborations with the likes of Ace of Base, Dr Alban, E-type and Boomfunk MC.
