Welcome to the Job Festival with the theme "Diversity & Inclusion"

The Diversity and Inclusion Job Festival brings together people who want to work and employers who want to make a difference. The focus is on people who have not been given a fair chance in the labour market, often due to prejudice, discrimination or lack of networks.

The festival is a physical meeting place where job seekers, employers, education and training providers, authorities and politicians come together to make contacts, share knowledge and open doors to jobs and studies. Since its launch in 2022, over 60,000 people have participated and more than 2,000 have gone on to work or education.

The Jobs Festival contributes to a more inclusive and sustainable labour market.
