Malmö City Theatre's Theatre Café

Welcome to Malmö Stadsteater's Theatre Café! 
The theatre café offers lunch and coffee Monday-Saturday. On the evenings we have a performance at the Hippodrome, we offer a couple of simple bistro dishes, a couple of selected good wines and local beer from Sibbarps brewery.

Every Friday we sell freshly baked Danish pastries à la Fritidsbaren in Ystad, as our café manager has his background there and passes on his grandmother's unique Danish pastry tradition to the people of Malmö. The pastries come hot out of the oven at 11 o'clock in the morning every Friday.

Malmö City Theatre is located at Kalendegatan 12 near the central station and Stortorget in the centre of Malmö. In addition to the Theatre Café, you will find two of our stages: Hippodromen and Studion, as well as a studio for creative activities.
