The 11 November We are launching our book *Malmö Saluhall – from ruin to culinary destination*.
The story of the family, the food, the house and the people.
From 17 to 20, the whole of Malmö Saluhall will be part of the book launch.
Our restaurants feature selected dishes from the book’s recipes on their menus.
On the second floor, we’re hosting a book launch and offering tastings of more recipes from the book.
At 6 pm, we’ll give a brief talk about the book and the journey from ruin to culinary destination – a journey that would never have been possible without our traders and all of you who have visited us over the years.
The book launch is free of charge and open to everyone.
During the evening, the book will be available to buy at Malmö Saluhall.
With your purchase, you’ll also receive a lovely cloth bag.
